DL series pleated filter element is folded by polyester fiber cloth. Polyester fiber has good mechanical properties and high temperature resistance. Its strength is not affected in strong acid environment. It is not suitable for use in hot alkali environment. The filter layer and center rod have two ends. The end cover is integrally injected with glue to ensure the tightness of the two ends. The folding process design makes the filter element have the characteristics of large filtration area, large flux and long service life, thereby reducing the replacement cycle of the filter element and reducing the filtration investment cost.
